Who we are

Tech Level Up (“TLU”, “we”, “us”) is an IT support career training programme run by Abdi. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

What information we collect and why

Contact form

When you submit a message through our contact form, it is handled by Formspree. Formspree receives your name, email address, and message and forwards it to us. Please refer to Formspree's privacy policy for details.

Screening call bookings

When you book a screening call through our Apply page, your booking is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email address, and the time you select. Please refer to Calendly's privacy policy for details.

Programme enrolment and payments

If you enrol on the programme, we collect your name, contact details, and payment information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymised data about pages visited, time spent on the site, and general location. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

How long we keep your data

• —Enquiries — Messages are retained for 12 months, then deleted.
• —Screening call records — Retained for 6 months after the call.
• —Student records — Retained for 3 years after the programme ends for administrative and tax purposes.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data or share it with any other third parties.

Cookies

We use cookies for Google Analytics only. These are analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used — they do not identify you personally. You can decline cookies when you first visit the site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
