1.Who We Are

Tech Level Up ("TLU", "we", "us") is a training programme business operated by Abdi, based in England. Our website is techlevelup.co.uk and you can reach us at info@techlevelup.co.uk.

When we refer to "you" or "the student", we mean the individual who has applied to and enrolled on a TLU programme.

2.Our Programmes

TLU delivers live, cohort-based training programmes taught online. Each programme runs for a fixed number of weeks with one session per week. Full details of each programme — including duration, format, schedule, and content — are set out on our website at the time of enrolment.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, delivery format, or session timing where this is necessary. If we make any material change, we'll tell you in advance.

3.The Enrolment Process

1. 1.You book a free 15-minute screening call via our website.
2. 2.We have a conversation to make sure the programme is the right fit for you.
3. 3.If we're both happy to proceed, we send you a payment link for the deposit.
4. 4.Paying the deposit confirms your place on the cohort.
5. 5.The remaining balance is due by the date specified at enrolment (normally the week before the programme begins).
6. 6.Once full payment is received, you'll receive a welcome pack with everything you need before the first session.

We reserve the right to decline an application if, in our reasonable judgement, a programme is not the right fit for the applicant. If we decline after a screening call, no charge is made.

4.Pricing and Payment

The full price for each programme is shown on our website at the time of booking.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a cohort. Paying the deposit is your confirmation that you intend to participate and that you have read and agreed to these terms.

Balance: The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified when your place is confirmed. If the balance is not received by this date, we reserve the right to release your place. Your deposit will not be refunded in this situation.

Payment methods: Payments are processed via Stripe. TLU does not store your card details.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).

5.Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel

The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. If the balance has been paid:

— If you cancel more than 14 days before the programme start date, we will refund 50% of the balance paid.
— If you cancel 14 days or fewer before the programme start date, the balance is non-refundable.
— If you cancel after the programme has started, no refund is available for sessions already delivered.

To cancel, email us at info@techlevelup.co.uk with your name and cohort date.

Exceptional circumstances

If you need to cancel due to serious illness, bereavement, or another significant personal crisis, please contact us. We'll always try to find a fair solution — whether deferring your place to a future cohort or another arrangement.

If TLU cancels

If we cancel a cohort entirely before it begins, you will receive a full refund of everything you've paid. If we make a material change to a cohort (such as changing the start date by more than two weeks) and you do not wish to proceed, you may withdraw and receive a full refund.

6.Attendance and Participation

TLU programmes are delivered live and interactively. We expect you to attend sessions on time, participate actively, treat other students and instructors with respect, and have a suitable computer and stable internet connection.

We do not guarantee that all programme content can be delivered effectively to students who miss multiple sessions. If you miss a session, materials will be made available to help you catch up.

We reserve the right to remove a student from the programme without refund if their behaviour is disruptive or incompatible with a positive learning environment for other participants.

7.Outcomes

TLU programmes are designed to give you the best possible preparation for a career in your chosen field. However, we cannot and do not guarantee employment outcomes. Securing a job depends on many factors outside our control — the job market, individual effort, interview performance, and more.

Our track record reflects real outcomes and we're proud of it. But past results are not a guarantee of future outcomes.

8.Intellectual Property

All course materials provided by TLU — including slides, handouts, recordings, exercises, and written content — are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal learning and reference but may not share, distribute, publish, or use them for commercial purposes.

9.Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we use it. You can read it at techlevelup.co.uk/privacy.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLU's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that programme. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of earnings or employment opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

11.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll let enrolled students know by email. The version of the terms in force when you paid your deposit governs your enrolment, except where a change is required by law.

12.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
